I still hasn't hit me that I registered for Ironman Louisville at 12am this morning, but it's 356 days away. What still bothering me is the pain....
After the race, I felt fine...two hours later...I was tired....Sunday, I was a little sore, especially, my hip. Today, my hip really hurts....I hope that it isn't a serious problem. I havent had a problem with this before. I have a torqued hip and have run long distances before but I am wondering if it is because I don't see a chiro anymore, run in less motion control shoes for the race, or something else.
No training today...just rest.

Starting my ironman journey
I like many other before me and many others after me have this crazy notion of completing an ironman...I want to hear those words...."Joseph Shun Ravago, you are an ironman!!!!" In order to reach that goal, I am beginning my training. I don't know which race I will enter, but by the end of the money, I will decide.
Tomorrow, I will participate and I mean participate and not compete in my first half-ironman....1.2m swim, 56m bike and 13.1m run or for me...walk.
I have trained but not so much....so we'll see
